i remember meeting you and Pam over Sunday lunch all the vegetables were on the table but no serving spoons, so I just grabbed my fork and stabbed the potatoes and you said “ Pam can we have some spoons please”, I never felt so embarrassed but you laughed it off.  I also worked with you at the Assencion club which you and Father Martin started, you will be sorely missed.
